- Bed linen changed weekly without tidying up (Residence service).

- Bed and bathroom linen with daily cleaning (B&B room service).

- Wi-fi throughout the hotel.

- Consumption of drinking water, electricity, gas, insurance and VAT.

- Final cleaning of the accommodation (excluding kitchenette, if not carried out by the customer, unquestionable judgment of the Management, € 25.00).

COSTS (NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE) MANDATORY

- Tourist tax for the period from 01/01/2024 to 31/05/2024: € 1.00 from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- Tourist tax for the period from 01/06/2024 to 30/09/2024: € 2.50 from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights
- Tourist tax period from 01/10/2024 to 31/12/2024: € 1.00 from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights

OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE)

- Italian buffet breakfast at the panoramic bar € 9.00 per person per day (included in the types: Economy rooms, double rooms with balcony and Junior Suite).

- Beach service at the Pelikano Beach Club by reservation subject to availability.

- Midweek cleaning of the accommodation at a cost of € 20.00 on request (excluding kitchenette);

- Coin-operated washing machine service € 5.00 per wash;

- Change of bed linen on request € 5.00 per person per change;

- Bathroom linen on request € 5.00 for a trio of towels per person per change;
