Comfortable and furnished apartments in classic Mediterranean style, with a large veranda overlooking the sea where you can have lunch or dinner enjoying a wonderful view.
Reservations will be accepted only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the entire stay.
Payments: we accept Cash, Checks, Atm cards, Credit Cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO : the balance of the entire stay is made at the time of check-in. There are no reductions in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Disclaimers: in case of cancellation of a booking, the customer must notify by registered letter, enclosing the receipt of the deposit, for the term postmark.
Modifications: in the event of a change of a reservation, the customer must notify by e-mail, telephone, fax, etc.
Penalty practice management: in case of withdrawal (up to 30 days before arrival) € 30.00 will be charged to the customer as a processing fee.
Penalties: up to 30 days before arrival – no cancellation fees from 29 days before arrival-the total of the amount paid.
CHECK-IN: the apartments will be delivered between the hours of 17.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival; it is advisable to plan to arrive during this time to avoid unnecessary waits. Guests are required to inform the management in case of arrival after 20: 00 hours. Guests are kindly requested to verify the internal equipment of the units and notify management of any anomalies or deficiencies.
CHECK-OUT: is scheduled from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 (urgent), after checking the accommodation and return of the deposit; for departures the direction reserves the right to return the security deposit by bank reduced bank charges and the value of any damage and/or shortcomings.
Kitchen linen and mocha coffee not available.
Mandatory deposit payable on arrival (applicable only to groups): € 100.00 refundable upon inspection of the apartment.
Breakages and / or non-return of accommodation equipment: price list delivered on arrival to be deducted from the deposit.
CHECK-IN : the accommodations will be delivered from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival; It is advisable to schedule arrival at this time to avoid unnecessary waiting. Guests are required to notify the Management if they arrive after 20.00. Guests are requested to check the internal equipment of the accommodation and to notify the Management of any anomalies or failures.
CHECK-OUT : is scheduled from 7:00 am to 10:00 am (not to be postponed), after checking the accommodation and returning the deposit; for night departures the Management reserves the right to return the deposit, by transfer reduced by bank charges.
