RECEPTION

ITALIANO: La reception è aperta tutti i giorni dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 13:00 e dalle 15:00 alle 21:30. Al di fuori di questi orari, per emergenze, è possibile contattare il numero +393924386980

ENGLISH: The reception is open daily from 08:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside these hours, in case of emergency, please call +393924386980

CHECK-OUT

ITALIANO: Il check-out deve avvenire entro le ore 10:00. Vi preghiamo di lasciare l’appartamento in ordine e di consegnare le chiavi alla reception e saldare eventuale conto/extra e tasse.

ENGLISH: Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please leave the apartment tidy, return the keys to the reception, and settle any outstanding bills, extras, or taxes.

REGOLE GENERALI / GENERAL RULES

ITALIANO: Si richiede il rispetto della quiete tra le ore 14:00 e le 16:00 e dalle 23:00 alle 08:00. È vietato fumare all’interno degli appartamenti.

ENGLISH: Please respect quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

PARCHEGGIO / PARKING

ITALIANO: Ogni appartamento ha diritto a un posto auto riservato. Parcheggiare solo negli spazi indicati.

ENGLISH: Each apartment has one reserved parking space. Please park only in designated spots.

PULIZIA APPARTAMENTI / APARTMENT CLEANING

ITALIANO: La pulizia finale è inclusa. Il riassetto giornaliero non è previsto per gli appartamenti con angolo cottura. È possibile richiedere pulizie extra a pagamento presso la reception.

ENGLISH: Final cleaning is included. Daily cleaning is not provided for apartments with kitchen. Extra cleaning can be requested at the reception for an additional fee.

RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA / WASTE SEPARATION

ITALIANO: Si prega di rispettare la raccolta differenziata. I contenitori sono disponibili all’interno del residence. Seguire le istruzioni affisse o chiedere in reception.

ENGLISH: Please respect waste separation. Bins are available within the residence. Follow posted instructions or ask at the reception.

 LAVANDERIA / LAUNDRY

ITALIANO: È disponibile un’area lavanderia self-service con lavatrice. Gettoni e detersivo sono acquistabili presso la reception.

ENGLISH: A self-service laundry area with coin-operated washing machine is available. Tokens and detergent can be purchased at the reception.

COLAZIONE / BREAKFAST

ITALIANO: La colazione viene servita presso il bar piscina dalle ore 07:30 alle ore 10:00. È disponibile un assortimento dolce e un piccolo angolo salato.

ENGLISH: Breakfast is served in the bar in swimming pool from 07:30 to 10:00 a.m. The Italian breakfast is typically sweet, with a small savory corner.

BAR

ITALIANO: Il bar, situato in piscina, è aperto dalle ore 07.30 alle 21.30

ENGLISH: Our poolside bar is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

 PISCINA / SWIMMING POOL

ITALIANO: La piscina è aperta dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 19:00. I bambini devono essere sempre accompagnati da un adulto. È vietato tuffarsi e correre sul bordo piscina.

ENGLISH: The swimming pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Diving and running around the pool are prohibited.

 NAVETTA SPIAGGIA / BEACH SHUTTLE

ITALIANO: Il Villa Coppitella mette a disposizione per i propri ospiti un servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia del Pizzomunno presso il lido balneare Pelikano. (sosta navetta presso la sala ludica/tv).

Di seguito gli orari: MATTINA 09:00 – 09.30 RITORNO 12.00 – 12.30, POMERIGGIO 15:00 – 15:30 RITORNO 17:30 – 18:00. (tutti giorni tranne la domenica)

ENGLISH: Villa Coppitella offers its guests a free shuttle service to Pizzomunno Beach, at the Pelikano beach club. (Shuttle stop located near the playroom/TV room).

Shuttle schedule: Morning: 09:00 – 09:30 | Return: 12:00 – 12:30 Afternoon: 15:00 – 15:30 | Return: 17:30 – 18:00. (Every day except Sunday)

 ANIMALI / PETS

ITALIANO: Gli animali non sono ammessi.

ENGLISH: Pets aren’t allowed.
